If I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please notify us as soon as you discover there is a wrong item, we will contact you once we received your notification.

I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

If an item is missing, please let us know the order number and the missing item, we will contact you as soon as we can.

 

PAYMENT

What payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, bank transfers and PayMe.

Can I pay after receiving the goods?

Due to the system limitation, we only can deliver the goods when the order is fully paid.

Can I get a refund if I cancel the purchase?

Once the order is confirmed in the system, it cannot be cancelled.

 

DELIVERY

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days in Hong Kong once the payment is confirmed.

How can I enjoy the free shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping for purchasing our gift set or orders more than HK$500 (after discount) within Hong Kong.

If overseas shipment available?

For overseas orders, (i.e. the orders deliver outside of Hong Kong), freight charge will be collected by courier company, regardless of the order amount.
